Jul. 25th, 2018 06:17 amA fun fact about Tanalorian bees was that Amaya was allergic to Tanalorian bees.
Okay, so it really wasn't that fun, and Amaya was completely unaware of this fact. Amaya might have actually gone her whole life not knowing that fact it weren't for the bee lady.
"So, I heard you have bees."
And that's where the trouble started. When the bee lady arrived to collect said bees, the bees fought back with a venegence. The bee lady insisted it was because of the island's 'wee fee' that they were acting so hostile, but all Amaya knew was that she and Apu had it perfectly handled until she showed up and chaos reigned in a flurry of wings and buzzes and stingers.
Three days later, Amaya woke up still swollen and puffy and itchy, thankfully in her own bed, though covered with beestings...
...and crystals.
She groaned, trying to shove the crystals off and having a vague recollection of the bee lady setting the whole thing up and insisting that it would work. Clearly, this was not the case. And it was also pretty clear that Amaya would not be going anywhere any time soon, either.
Stupid bees.
[[mostly establishy, though definitely open if any one wants to check in on her and/or try to stop by]]
