63 Serendipity Place; Sunday Morning [03/25].
Boy, was Amaya feeling glad she hadn't de-winterized the Crumbler yet! Not that it had done her any good yesterday, when she oh so handwavily tried to clear out some of the snow. She managed to get her little corner of the street taken care of, turned around, and there it was all snowed in again, just like that.
Not one to give up, though, Amaya was all bundled up and back out there again the next morning, pushing the Crumbler mere inches at a time in the effort to blow some of that snow away, enough to make a path so she could at least check on how Apu was doing at the store with the power out.
She wasn't too happy about the progress (or lack thereof); the Crumbler didn't sound too happy about it, either, grinding and groaning and clattering away, barely able to move the snow before more took its place.
"Zounds," she murmured at one point, wiping her forehead as her cheeks stung red from the cold, "who had to go upset a wizard, huh?"
Sure, she knew it was probably just the Island being difficult, but it somehow made her feel a little better if she could chalk it up to "A wizard did it."
