And she knew what her second choice was, which was pretty much to just boot Seivarden out and send her on her way so Amaya could go downstairs, stoke up the forge, and do something actually productive since this was clearly not going to pan out the way she'd intended.
But she knew that would be a bit rude and that Seivarden was a little sensitive to things like that, so that on top of the current frustrations didn't seem like a good combination. Amaya rubbed her back a little again, moved the hammer and tossed it aside a little before looking back over to Seivarden and fishing out the one thing that might not be terrible for her given the situation.

She figured, when in doubt, with Seivarden, just go for tea. And then if they were feeling bold, another effort. And then she'd be completely justified in doing all the booting out she needed to.
